[Everybody Loves Ramen]

So, dispite have a connection comparable to dial-up, I was able to get the game downloaded again, and update. It was a little rough doing the character creation, but I made it through. Playing the actual game though, it's still very smooth! I will post screenies when I get home again, but I was running (smoothly, mind you) at 8fps! still looked good though.

I only run a dual-core AMD turion, 4gig ram, 64mb gfx (up to 400mb w/shared ram). I had to choose the FPS optimizing option. This game will do wonders in the U.S. I think. Can have bare specs (like really bare) and still run great. My internet is really shitty, though. I'm in a place that's not exactly U.S.A. right now, and we have one wireless signal for 60+ people in our living qtrs. (no im not in prison, I'm USAF).

Anywho, I'ma try to finish up at work so I can get back and play. I'm on that first server, ill get a name when i get home. Channel 1, name is Alley Cat.

It's an ok game. I don't believe there is anything outrageously new and innovative about it, but it looks pretty good and will pass the time until the next line of big releases are available.

Ok so I finally got around to adding the pics to photobucket... the first couple are with the FPS optimizer on (lowers settings for best FPS). again, I have a shitty connection.





and here are two with max settings.. dont laugh at my fps! Oddly enough, even with 4 FPS it was almost playable!

even on minimum it doesnt look bad, never tried it myself but its good to know.
also the char's dont appear to be affected too much in the lowest settings
